Get ready, Hallmark and Disney fans — there’s a holiday pop-up store heading to Walt Disney World in October.
The store will “create a unique experience inspired by the magic and storytelling” of Hallmark’s upcoming holiday season movie, “Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True,” which was filmed at Walt Disney World, a Hallmark news release said.
Inspired by the movie, the store will offer exclusive products and original content that brings together Hallmark and Disney.
“’Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True’ is about bringing people together through stories, traditions and meaningful moments,” Stacey Howe, senior vice president of Brand Licensing & Business Development at Hallmark, said in a statement. “The Hallmark pop-up at Disney Springs extends that experience beyond the screen, giving fans and families a place to discover products inspired by the film and create new holiday memories of their own.”
Starring Lacey Chabert and Travis Van Winkle, the movie follows Lindsey (portrayed by Chabert), who travels to Disney World with her extended family for a magical Christmas together. But their holiday plans are spoiled when she discovers that Philip (played by Van Winkle), a man she recently had a terrible first date with, is staying in the hotel room next door. Will some Disney magic change their holiday journey?
Inspired by the movie, the store will offer exclusive products and original content that brings together Hallmark and Disney. Several items will be available in October on Hallmark.com — including two magical ornaments that appear in the movie. You can view those items here.
“Disney Springs is all about bringing guests together through memorable shopping, dining and entertainment experiences, especially during the holidays,’’ Disney Springs Vice President Debbie Hart said in a statement. “This holiday pop-up store offers guests a new way to celebrate the season, inspired by the magic of Disney storytelling and the timeless traditions Hallmark is known for.”
“Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True” premieres at 8 p.m. Eastern time on Saturday, Nov. 28 on Hallmark Channel and the next day on Hallmark+.
