It’s beginning to sound a lot like Christmas in Southern California.
105.1 KKGO, in Los Angeles, California, flipped one of its digital subchannels to an all-Christmas format, RadioInsight.com reports.
The radio station’s HD3 subchannel, which flipped Aug. 21, is dubbed “America’s Christmas Station.” It’s expected to run Christmas music through the rest of the year.
Radio Insight notes that this format flip isn’t considered the first Christmas flip, as that is reserved for a radio station’s primary signal.
