There’s Hersheypark happy and then there’s Hersheypark happy at the holidays.
The popular amusement park in the world’s chocolate capital is set to open its Hersheypark Christmas Candylane on Nov. 15 and continue through Jan. 1.

With 4 million (yes, 4 million) lights, a number of family-friendly and coasters open plus a chance to see your favorite chocolate mascots, there’s something for everyone!
Among the rides Hersheypark will feature at the annual holiday event includes Laff Trakk, Sidewinder, sooperdooperLooper, Wild Mouse, Wildcat and Cocoa Cruiser (all weather permitting, of course).
And this new attraction sounds very fun! The Reese’s Cupfusion will give guests a very important mission: Protect the factory to keep Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups from going extinct! The attraction has a special holiday scene!
The “NOEL light show” features lights choreographed to music. Plus, guests can check out a holiday-themed show at the heated (Hersheypark’s press release makes sure to note that!) Chevrolet Music Box Theatre venue … and an indoor, heated photo opportunity with Hershey’s characters.
And no holiday event is complete without Santa Claus. But Hersheypark takes it one step further, giving families a chance to see all nine (!!) of Santa’s reindeer – do your math because that also includes Rudolph!!
But wait, there’s more!
The drive-thru Hershey Sweet Lights will offer nearly 600 illuminated displays over a 2-mile path. The display is available Nov. 15 to Jan. 1.

And, check this out: Hersheypark and The Hotel Hershey and Hershey Lodge resorts offer the very sweet Hersheypark Christmas Candylane Package that includes a one-night stay at either hotel plus a one-day admission to Hersheypark for the holiday event plus a milk and cookie delivery plus admission for one vehicle into the Hershey Sweet Lights event. The package is available Nov. 15 to Dec. 30.
